Vista Info de la obra (AniList y MangaUpdates) y fechas de los capítulos

Browse Source 
- Info: autores, revista y editorial, fechas, tomos, puntuaciones, rankings, anime, obras relacionadas,
  recomendaciones y enlaces. La obra se identifica por los enlaces de MangaDex o por título.
- Fechas de los capítulos: primera traducción conocida (MangaDex en cualquier idioma y MangaUpdates),
  ordenadas y con los huecos estimados (≈); se ignoran las fechas de subidas masivas de las fuentes.
