Manga Reader: lector web de manga con historial de lectura

Basado en las fuentes de Tanko (MangaDex y LeerCapitulo), con usuarios
con contraseña, progreso por página guardado en SQLite, lector por página
o vertical, filtros de imagen y proxy de imágenes con URLs firmadas.
